Rebecca Stafford, Executive Director

Rebecca has been with Children's Fund for over 10 years, and has been active in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years. Rebecca holds a Master's Degree in Leadership and Management and is currently pursuing her PhD in Human Organizational Systems.
Rebecca's career path is informed by her life's experiences and she is therefore impassioned to serve and advocate for the County's at-risk population of children.
Heather Lint, Communications & Events Coordinator

Heather joined Children’s Fund in 2004. Her current responsibilities include human resources, event coordination and organizational communications, public relations, promotion, internet marketing, and organizational leadership.
Heather has worked in the front office of two professional baseball organizations, overseeing many aspects of the day-to-day operations. In addition to successfully completing a national management program, Heather holds a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies.
Jennifer “Jen” Jacks, Program Assistant

Jen has been with Children’s Fund since September of 2007.
Jane Nottingham, Senior Events Assistant
We must adjust to ever-changing world, while holding on to our never-changing principles.
Jane joined the staff at Children's Fund in April 2007 as the Sr. Events Assistant. Her professional career consists of ten years in the Banking Industry and another nine years as an Account Manager for a Professional Fiduciary.
Bettsey A. Velazquez, Event/Office Assistant

Bettsey officially joined Children’s Fund in May of 2008. As a member of the staff her duties include providing assistance for the Events Department and the office overall. Her job duties fluctuate and can range from answering phone calls to assisting in the coordination of the Board retreat.
The majority of her work experience comes from honorably serving 6 years in the United States Navy, primarily in the field of administration. She is currently en route to earning a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
Laura Vogt, Fiscal Assistant

Laura has been working for Children's Fund since April 2003. She holds a Bachelors Degree.
Kristin Williams, Event Assistant
Kristin has been working for Children's Fund since April 2009. She holds a Bachelors Degree.
